KAPILVASTU: An oxygen plant in Kapilvastu, a Tarai district in Lumbini Province, started operations this week. The oxygen plant with the capacity of producing 200 litres of oxygen per minute has been installed on the premises of the district hospital in Taulihawa. According to the hospital administration, the plant was installed at the cost of Rs 12.8 million.
